Ecological driving
Ecodriving - What it is: Ecodriving represents a new driving style that has a gloomy at European level, since the use of this driving contributes to the optimal (beneficial) use of available vehicle technology while improving road safety. As a very important element of sustainable mobility, Ecodriving contributes significantly to reducing pollution and extending to environmental protection where, with proper management, it can save 15-20% of your vehicle's fuel.
Eco-driving is being implemented with the support of the European Union in the countries (Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Cyprus, the Netherlands and the UK).
With the European Directive 2003/621, new entrants need to be trained in the smart and economical way of driving. Also, with European Directive 2003/59 / EC / 15.07.03, professional drivers who carry goods or passengers should apply economic and eco-driving.
